Vegan whipped cream

Ingredients

250 ml soy cream
100 ml soy milk
1 packet (5gr) agar-agar
10 g arrowroot

Servings: 4



Recipe directions

Mix the soy milk and agar and heat. Boil for 2 minutes and bind with the dissolved arrowroot. Remove from heat an add the sojacuisine and ahorn syrup.

Let it cool down and blend until smooth and creamy.
