Miso soup with asparagus
Ingredients
1 liter vegetable stock (or Japanese stock)
10 medium asparagus, cut in 2-3 cm slices
150 g small patotoes, peeled and sliced
1 small onion, cut in rings
4 tablespoon white miso

Recipe directions
Put the vegetable stock, asparagus, potatoes and onions in a pot and bring to boil. Continue to boil on low heat during 10 minutes or until the potatoes and asparagus are soft.Remove from heat and stir in the white miso. Serve the asparagus miso soup. immediately
