Tempeh chips
Ingredients
400 g fresh tempeh
4 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon pepper
1 tablespoon coriander
50 g baking powder
2 tablespoon shoyu
100 g rice meal
1 clove garlic, crushed
150 ml water

Recipe directions
Mix the salt, pepper, coriander, baking powder, shoyu and water to form a smooth batter.Cut the tempeh in thin 1 to 2 mm slices and cover the tempeh slices with the batter. Fry the tempeh chips in hot oil until golden brown and crispy.
Tempeh chips can be eaten as snack or together with main meal.
